We offer a three-step process in the creation of your website:
1: Identify the Key Elements,

Identify the most important features your website “must have”. These are the features that the website will be created around. As an example, a Key Element for a plumber could be a link to an emergency phone number.
2: Create an Execution Plan.

Create an overall roadmap that encompasses the scope of the entire project. Outline all of the content and features required to complete the project. The actual content can then be built out either in stages, or “all at once”, depending on the Implementation Plan.
3: Implementation.

A website built in stages can be up and running in a very short period of time. A website built “all at once” will take a bit longer to go “live”. A website built in stages allows the website owner more time to finalize content in certain areas. “Critical” features can be built and implemented right away. Less critical Ideas and concepts can be tested and “tweaked” through time. This will result in a more dynamic, and generally cost effective implementation. However, if the content requirements are clear, and the time lag is not an issue it may make more sense to build everything “all-at once” and have a “big launch” when complete.
Once the website is up and running, traffic strategies can be employed to keep visitors coming to the site, and an updating strategy can be employed to ensure that the website content remains fresh.
